Terms of Service

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service.

  • I retain all rights to the work that I have created

  • You may re-post work I create for you but credit me, you may not claim you created the art yourself

  • You may not remove the watermark from art I create

  • I will post the work I have made to my gallery at my own discretion unless asked not to

  • I currently do not give refunds. If I as the artist cancel a commission, a full refund will be given.

  • I currently only accept PayPal. I will send you an invoice

  • Commissions are first come first serve. I will finish older commissions first.

  • I reserve the right to not accept any commission

  • If these terms of service are broken I hold the right to refuse to accept anymore commissions from you

Commission Process

  • Message me privately with commission offer and we will figure out specifics

  • I will send an invoice to you on paypal. I take all payment upfront. For commissions over 100$ we can create a payment plan.

  • I will finish commissions in order that I receive them.

  • Commissions time varies based on complexity of artwork and how many commissions are in queue.
